Melissa Metz provides leadership and guidance for the entire agency, from strategic planning to operations with a vision of thriving people living in vibrant communities.
Melissa came to South Coast Business in the fall of 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer and a year later in 2016 assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining SCB, Melissa was the Chief Administrative Officer for The Oregon Consortium/Oregon Workforce Alliance, a 24 county workforce investment area where she oversaw systems development to operationalize workforce programs throughout rural Oregon.
